Love from Andrea ...

Thank you for visiting my new blog. I hope you enjoy my cards. I just love to make pretty things and if I'm not crafting or shopping for crafting supplies (it's a hobby in itself!) then I'm plotting and planning and thinking about what I want to make next!

Polkadoodles: Bridesmaid ...

There's a new challenge over at the Digi Choosday blog and I made a bright card for my entry. I love these colours, bright and zingy just how I felt when I made this card for a special little bridesmaid. I used the Winnie Fairytale topper pack from Polkadoodles and you can get the same image as a digital stamp to colour yourself

Polkadoodles: Best Fishes ...

There's a new challenge at the DigiChoosday challenge blog - all about the summer and as I type this it's pouring with rain so a reminder of the summer to come is definitely required!

Precoloured image, papers and sentiment are from Winnie Mermaid Mermazing printable download kit in the Polkadoodles store and I've added the little bottle of mermaid magic sparkle and the sparkly mermaid tail from my craftroom.

Challenges I'm entering:

A super cutesy unicorn on this card with a lift up flap for a hidden message. Lil Miss Sugarpops precoloured unicorn image and papers from Winnie Celebration 2 papers both from Polkadoodles

Polkadoodles: Holiday theme ...

The new challenge is up on the Digi Choosday blog, this time the Design Team were given a 1,2,3 challenge ...

1) Theme - Holidays
2) Use - Any image which includes a camera, sunglasses or anything beachy. Use something UPCYCLED/RECYCLED from the kitchen trash!
3) Make - A card which is not square

I used the fabulous Winnie image (pre coloured) from the Starfish and Sandcastles download kit (Polkadoodles) which I embellished with glitter to the palm tree leaves and also added a light blue outline to the image. The sentiment came from that set as well. I added a hand drawn striped black and white border and sunshine, the recycled element of the challenge came from recycled packaging from an Amazon delivery and I added black gingham ribbon to tie it all together
