I made this for a recent challenge over at the Digi Choosday Challenge blog but had a problem with being locked out of my blog so I couldn't go back to edit my post, anyway I thought I would share it here too
I used Papers, sentiment and Winston the bear image are from the Winston Download Collection at Polkadoodles and satin ribbon, polkadot button and decorative pins from The Ribbon Girl
